Ok, i am trying to modify DES by my own way.

There will be just one sBox and it will also contain all values from other 7 sBoxes.

How it affects DES in this case? [? more secure/less secure/performance goes up/down/ totally mess ?]

Thanks in advance.

What exactly are you going to do to the S-boxes? Smush them all together to make one giant one? A DES S-box in particular is function from 6 bits to 4 bits. Will you increase the input/output size? –  pg1989 Nov 20 '13 at 23:54

Yes pg, i will make it a big one then i have to set up input/output accordingly. –  adil Nov 21 '13 at 0:07

Probably best to provide more detailed description, otherwise it may be hard to answer this question. With crypto, the devil is in the details (actually, it quite commonly is not just in the details, but the details are the most tricky :) ). –  owlstead Nov 21 '13 at 1:07
