Welcome to Cryptography Stack Exchange. The usage of a keystore class is off-topic here in Crypto.SE, as it is specific to your programming language/crypto library. We like it here more on the theoretical level. The on-topic part here is about "how should I secure the counter". – Paŭlo Ebermann Feb 27 '12 at 13:35
See Paŭlo's comment; do feel free to edit in the library you're using and/or make the question more generic and then use the "flag" button underneath your question to let us know. Depending on what you're asking, we can then move it to a more appropriate place or reopen it here. Thanks :) – Antony Vennard Feb 27 '12 at 13:53
