What are the popular crypt analysis tools out there ? for something like Cipher Text only attacks or any attacks in general which does frequency analysis et all

I'm going to close this question as not constructive - have a read of the FAQ - Stack Exchange deliberately discourages questions where every answer is equally valid and "list questions" like this tend to fall into that category and attract low quality answers. I'm happy to be convinced otherwise on meta especially if somebody is willing to write an authoritative answer on the topic.
