What is the advantages of each encryption mode to other encryption mode..

for example what are advantages of CBC to PCBC, CBC to CFB

just like that.

so that I can filter what would be the best encryption mode.

It depends on your requirements, threat model, and so on. For example, do you need to be able to decrypt arbitrary byte ranges or just beginning to end? Do you need to encrypt different data with the same key? Do you need the same data to encrypt to different things so an attacker can't compare encrypted output? Do you need to be able to detect tampering or is it okay if corrupted input gives corrupted output? Do you need to restrict what information an attacker could get from multiple encrypted versions of the same data? Do you need to be able to modify the encrypted data? I'm closing this for now as it remains way too broad - we can't just list some advantages based on requirements that might or might not suit your case, because that's just not answerable. Rather than "what are some advantages", explain the situation you are likely to encounter - for example this question asks about maximum key sizes for CBC. Honestly, the only sensible answer to this question is: If you need a secure solution to a real-world problem, either hire a competent expert to design it or pick an existing solution designed for your specific requirements. Shortcuts will get you into trouble.
