Cryptography Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for software developers, mathematicians and others interested in cryptography. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I'm having an error with access to the web admin of my RSA SecurID server. I'm getting an error of 100: access denied. The RSA ACE/Server rejected the passcode.

I'm guessing that this is most likely due to the removal of the secret node which i have done on the server. Can anyone teach me how do i recover the secret node?

Thank You.

Your question will most likely be closed by a moderator as it is off topic. The questions we like here are about the mathematics and theory behind cryptography. Not about servers which happen to use cryptography. That said, why not contact your vendor and ask for support? If you have a support contract, there will probably be no additional charge. Otherwise, they might charge your for their time. – mikeazo Jun 6 '12 at 12:32
Closing as off-topic, as mikeazo said. Also note that the RSA SecurID tokens do not relate to the RSA encryption/signature algorithms, other than being produced by a company which got founded by the inventors of the algorithms. – Paŭlo Ebermann Jun 6 '12 at 12:51
