I have a crashed old JSP system, while recovering I stopped since I am not able to find the right 2-ways encryption algorithm (OR encoding), so I need your help, below some examples of inputs and outputs:

As per the FAQ, these types of questions are not constructive. I must vote to close. Note this isn't actually encryption but encoding (unless the key is invisible). – Thomas Oct 21 '12 at 23:16
