Two mutually untrusted parties want to exchange data: how to ensure each one gets the data it needs?
i heard someone said that in cryptography, there is a conjecture that for every cryptographic protocol that needs a TTP, there's an equivalent protocol that does need one.
How do I calculate the maximum plain text length allowable for a certain cipher text length?
if a plain text is already a multiple of the block size, shouldn't you be adding one additional block as a padding?
