Why is padding used for RSA encryption given that it is not a block cipher?
so RSA use 1 block and its length is not important (if is not too large) right ? message will convert to number and encryption apply on the whole number no spread blocks like AES CBC ?
RSA 1024bit decryption performance
so 0.002 second take an RSA 1024 decryption with pentium 4 right pooya ?
