You misunderstood... they is only one IV, the first cipher encrypts it and xors the result to the first block of plaintext, the second cipher encrypts iv+1 and xors that in the next block of plaintext

cipher 1 is used with key one to encrypt the IV, this is xored with the first block of plaintext, then cipher 2 is used with key 2 and IV+1, then cipher 3 then back to cipher 1... do you understand this ?

Man, I don't believe your encryption scheme is secure at all... Where are you using the prepended IV? It seems to me you're just adding it , and encrypting with an all 0 IV and then discarding it.. but not using it anywhere

How to determine if two PRNG are independent? I am thinking about using the default apple PRNG secCopyRandomBytes and the AutoSeeded RNG from the Botan library? How do I know that both of them don't do similar things inside?

I have tryed this with the secCopyRandomBytes RNG from apple ... the same result ...the hex/base64 has a fixed string at the end

I like your prepend the IV to the ciphertext method. In the debugger it shows the iv as a 16 byte random array. So the stuff at the end appears when it's converted to hex/base64... but I need it in that format so I can write it in a text file...

Yes, but where is the implementation problem? In my code? in the library?
