McEliece Cryptosystem Implementations The links by mikeazo are a good starting point -- but be careful when using those for any real security application (because they are not widely used implementations -- not finished or polished work). For example, in the HyMES page they alert you that "Please note, this program is meant to evaluate the system performance. It has all the algorithms implemented. This is a research tool and it should not be used as a full fledged encryption scheme. In particular the semantic security layer has not been implemented." |
