what What is the length of SHA1 Hash functionthe SHA-1 message digest and how RSA Ssa Pss is RSASSA-PSS used for verifcationverification?

I am a newbie to Crypto cryptography and SHA- SHA1 Currently i1.

Currently I am configuring SHA1a SHA-1 hash function which takes default length as 128 bitbits. Is it okokay to configure withit this way, since iI see in most of the SHA1cases SHA-1 uses 160 bit bits? So what is the most common length used for SHA1 Hash SHA-1 hashes?

I read in many places that RsaSsaPssRSASSA-PSS is used for verification of signature verification? I assume Message Digestmessage digest or Hashed Valuehashed value or Signature ->signature all these terms refersrefer to output Hashedhashed value of SHA1SHA-1.

How todo I use Rsa Ssa Pssthe RSASSA-PSS function to verify the signature? should iShould I pass it the Message Digestmessage digest value and expect that the plain text should match withthe initial input given to SHA1the SHA-1 function?
