NewbieMaybe this is a newbie question... may be... Stream:

Stream cypher, will XOR message bits with one time-time pad bits. Suppose I have a pseudo random number generatorpseudorandom number generator, like a Mersenne twisterMersenne Twister or sort ofsomething similar. I could use the speudo-randompseudorandom string to XOR the message. Use the password as the seed of the generator. Same password = same pseudo randompseudorandom sequence.
