Lsb as hard core predicate in a sign-hash scheme
Given a random oracle and a deterministic signature scheme.
Is the following $hc(x)$ an hardcore predicate of $H(SIG_k(x))$ ?
$$hc(x)=lsb(H(SIG_k(x)))$$
